What is an online attendance list?

An online attendance list replaces paper sheets, chat messages or files when several people need to track a session. Create a list, add participants and mark who is present or absent for each date.

It works for training sessions, clubs, courses, meetings, workshops and small events. TeamCounter is not a legal time tracking, HR, school or medical record system.

Add participants, save dates and keep history

New participants start absent. Mark those attending as present, choose the date and save it. Saving the session is a separate action that creates a history snapshot; saving again adds another entry.

Online attendance register instead of a paper sheet

For simple sessions, a shared link is often easier than a file or paper attendance roster. Several people can open the same current state, and the list works on phones, tablets and desktop computers.

Start an attendance list directly in your browser. If you use TeamCounter regularly on Android, the official TeamCounter Android app is also available. Both options support simple attendance lists; TeamCounter is not intended for confidential HR, school, health or legal records.

For clubs, courses, training and meetings

Use the attendance list for training days, small courses, workshops, team meetings, group sessions, volunteer lists or recurring appointments. First names, initials or neutral labels are usually enough for simple workflows.
