TeamCounter guide
About TeamCounter
TeamCounter is a lightweight online tool for tally lists, score counters, attendance lists, drink lists and shared counters. It is built for quick use without registration and for groups that need a focused counter instead of a large management platform.
What TeamCounter is built for
The goal is simple: create a list, add entries, share a link and count together. TeamCounter is intended for small teams, clubs, offices and private groups that need a focused counter instead of a large management system.
Why the tool exists
Many small groups still use paper lists, chat messages or copied spreadsheets for everyday counting tasks. That works for a moment, but it becomes confusing when several people need to update the same numbers. TeamCounter keeps the workflow small: one list, clear controls, readable links and a separate display view for meetings or shared screens.
What TeamCounter is not
TeamCounter is not accounting software, a human resources system, a medical record, a legal documentation platform or a full club management suite. It is designed for simple organizational counters such as tasks, attendance, drinks, scores, values and small team goals.
This boundary is important for privacy and for quality: the public pages explain the tools, while concrete private lists are kept out of search engines and should only be opened by people who received the link intentionally.
Operator and transparency
TeamCounter is operated by Maximilian Holstein as an independently developed project associated with HolsteinShops.de. Legal and privacy information is linked on public pages. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to teamcounter@holsteinshops.de.
Free use and financing
TeamCounter can be used free of charge. Advertising may support hosting, security and continued development on selected public editorial information pages. Private list views, management links, display views, exports, the app dashboard and the local “My lists” area remain free of Google ads.
