Count values and calculate totals online
The TeamCounter value counter counts categories, amounts, points or simple totals online. Unlike a normal tally list, it combines a value per click with a count and calculates totals automatically.
What is a value counter?
A value counter is useful when every click represents an amount, point value or category value. Create categories, define the value per click and calculate totals automatically.

Editorial worked example with our own test list (19 September 2026), not a real cash statement:
- Add the category Coffee with a value per click of €0.50, then tap +5, +1, +1 and once −1 as a correction: 6 × €0.50 = €3.00.
- Add Cake with €1.20 and tap +1 twice: 2 × €1.20 = €2.40.
The value counter then shows Overall total €5.40, Categories 2 and Total clicks 8. Each row shows its calculation, for example “6 × €0.50 = €3.00”. Use “Value” to change the amount per click later; all totals recalculate immediately.
Amounts, points, goals and categories
