TeamCounter ยท Synthetic example
Count completed event tasks
Print in your browser or save as PDF. Fill in the blank form on paper.
| Task | One +1 means | Completed | Target (manual) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Setup | 1 table set up | 4 | 6 |
| Distribution | 1 crate distributed | 3 | 5 |
| Cleanup | 1 table cleared | 0 | 6 |
- Create an online tally list and add Setup, Distribution and Cleanup counters.
- Agree on the unit first: one +1 means one completed unit, not one assigned person.
- Only the person accepting the work counts it. The example still needs 2 tables set up and 2 crates distributed.
- Give management access to coordinators and view access to helpers. Keep targets separately in this print template.
Limits: This is a counting plan, not a rota: no automatic assignment, acceptance, reminders or time recording. The CSV is a separate planning aid and is not imported into the tool.
