- Open an empty drink list. Add a separate row for each person and item, such as “Person A – Water”.
- Enter the label under “Person”, start at 0 and set the price per entry to 0.50, 1.00 or 0.80.
- Count each drink with one +1. The four rows produce 1.00 + 1.00 + 0.50 + 1.60 = EUR 4.10.
- Person A owes EUR 2.00 and Person B EUR 2.10 in this example. Add each person’s rows yourself and check the result before settling.
Limits: The web tool has one price per row, no item catalogue and no automatic subtotal across a person’s rows. The default price is a starting value for new rows. Check prices before adding rows; a price of 0 is replaced by the default in the current form. This is not a cash register or an invoice.
