- Add three neutral participants. New participants start absent.
- Set the date to 7 September 2026 and save the date. Mark participants 1 and 3 present; the result is 2 present and 1 absent.
- Save the session. Change the date and states for 14 and 21 September using the example and save each session once.
- Correct states before saving by using the participant’s state button. Use this example as a printed record or a separate spreadsheet.
Limits: Only present and absent are supported. Saving the date does not save a session. Saved sessions are snapshots; later state changes do not correct them. The web view shows the latest 6 and keeps at most 120 sessions; history in the CSV export contains session totals only. This example’s per-session participant details are a separate template, not a promised tool export.
